Life=Facebook?



A comparison made during a journey! like it if u like it :)

Life is like a wall as on Facebook,
people post on it and leave there mark, you can remove them and even block them. But in life the impressions always remain.

Your comments can be liked or may be not, but in real you cannot delete them. It can be taken as a comment or as a critique. Other may like it and even have fun with it. In real it has done it's job.

You update your status, the entire world reads it and makes a statement only a few concerned will be genuinely interested. But the real one's will call you up and give you a talk.

There will be birthdays reminders, and many to wish. But there will always be a few who will remind you of your birthday!

You can deactivate your account and get back later. But life doesn't give you a second chance. Facebook is what you want to show, but life is what you are!

I was at home attending school, living the life of a normal child; it was on the weekends that he made up for the absence during the week. He took me to the slums the first day and then only on the day when it was no longer a slum. I was surprised, and only then did I realise, what he had done in those 5 years. People got fresh water, proper electricity, proper homes to stay; they had a hospital and even a school now. It was all happening. He was there on all news channels and newspapers. Educated Fools: Just education will not change the world

We are an informed generation. Smartphone, internet, websites have enriched our lives with information. The ability to stare at a 5 inch glass screen and getting to know about what is going on in any corner of the world is astounding. Viral videos, social experiments, latest news will not change the world, whereas understanding them, questioning the motive behind them, transforming information to knowledge will enrich the world and make it a better place. Everywhere I go, I hear people say, “What can I do, all this is way beyond my power”. Saving water, saving electricity, speaking up to wrong just around you, these are things all of us can do.
